Structure

A three-sided open top Jumbo bag is composed of 3 parts: the body, lid, and straps.

• Body: Three-sided open top Jumbo bags typically have a square body made of woven PP fabric. Depending on the product's characteristics and load, the body fabric may vary in size, with or without lamination, ranging from 140gr/m2 to 220gr/m2.
• Lid: A square piece made of woven PP fabric with lamination, weighing between 80-120gr/m2, is sewn onto one side of the bag's mouth. The lid is usually larger than the bag's mouth. After packing, the lid is covered on top and fixed with attached tying cords or sewn manually. Three-sided open top Jumbo bags are typically used to store block-shaped or small bags, so the bag's bottom is usually a closed bottom without a discharge spout.
• Straps: Three-sided open top Jumbo bags usually have 4 lifting loops with strap widths ranging from 4cm – 10 cm and breaking strengths ranging from 750 kg – 2500 kg depending on the bag's load. For customers who need to use cranes to move the bags, the jumbo bag manufacturer will add 2 connecting crane loops to the 4 lifting loops.

Color, Printing

• Jumbo bags can be manufactured in various colors. However, common colors include white, beige, and black.
• Jumbo bags are printed using flexo printing technology with 1 – 4 colors on 1 – 2 sides of the bag.

Applications

• Three-sided open top Jumbo bags are specialized for storing block-shaped products such as plastic pellets, compressed wood shavings, waste materials, etc.
